At ZEITAUKTION, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in its original condition.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
